AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.  We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer who will serve as a key developer within our teams. This role demands a dynamic individual who is adept at navigating and integrating various technologies and tech stacks to drive innovation and efficiency in our software development efforts. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and delivery. Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's technology roadmap. Code Quality & Performance: Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement performance tuning strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery. Continuous Integration/Delivery: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process and support rapid deployment cycles. Innovation & Problem-Solving: Foster a culture of innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge development practices and tools. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Agile Development: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the refinement of processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to .Net, C/C++, Flutter, Python, Node.js, and React. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential. Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated testing frameworks. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Competencies Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with open-source projects and contributions to community projects is a plus. Advanced English proficiency, capable of engaging in technical discussions and documentation. #LI-AM2
