Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.  Job Description: Our Supply Chain team strengthens supplier performance and protects production by overseeing supplier quality worldwide, assessing risk through supplier evaluations and internal reviews, leading failure investigations, and supporting proactive source qualification. In this role, you will own day-to-day supplier quality execution, bringing discipline and responsiveness to issue management while enabling engineering teams to focus on high-priority technical challenges and preventive improvements. You will work across production and suppliers with internal stakeholders to contain defects quickly, resolve nonconformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions that minimize disruption to engineering and production.
