We are currently looking for a Facility Officer As Facility Officer, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facilities. You ensure that our buildings, technical installations and facility services are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. Combining technical knowledge with a hands-on approach, you play a key role in supporting a safe and well-organized working environment. Your responsibilities - Manage and follow up on the daily facility operations across our sites. - Follow up on the maintenance and operation of building installations such as HVAC, electricity, access control systems and other technical infrastructure. - Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out correctly and on time. - Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers. - Coordinate and follow up on facility services including building maintenance, cleaning and green area maintenance. - Support operational tasks and technical interventions when needed. - Keep facility-related administration and documentation up to date. - Work closely with the Facility Manager and Facility Technician to ensure all facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained.
