Your Responsibilities - Own the Workforce Management Domain - Drive the strategic development of our Workforce Management solution portfolio - Define target architectures, solution roadmaps, and key solution components - Shape SaaS offerings and industry-specific solution concepts - Translate market requirements into clear product and solution strategies - Compliance & Regulatory Excellence - Ensure compliance with working time legislation, collective agreements, and industry-specific regulations - Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on our solutions - Define functional requirements and enhancement needs for Engineering teams - Support customer audits and compliance-related initiatives - Workforce Optimization - Develop concepts for efficient workforce planning and shift scheduling - Analyze labor costs and identify optimization opportunities - Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics concepts - Support scenario modeling and workforce simulations - Integration & Solution Architecture - Collaborate with Engineering teams to design integrations with HR, ERP, access control, and time & attendance systems - Define business requirements for APIs, data models, and information flows - Ensure seamless interoperability across the solution ecosystem - Customer Consulting & Presales - Support strategic customer engagements and complex tenders - Facilitate workshops with customers and key stakeholders - Develop business cases and value propositions - Act as a trusted advisor on workforce management best practices
