Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Sr. Human Resources (SHR) Generalist plays a key role in overseeing the Human Resource Department’s responsibilities and activities of GuideStar Eldercare. The SHR Generalist regularly uses independent judgement and discretion in the matters of employee relations, employment law related to regulatory compliance, and management training and development. The SHR Generalist will also use independent judgement, knowledge, and experience to evaluate HR processes, make recommendations for improvements, and execute as approved by the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, or Executive Leadership Team.
