Revenue Accounting Manager (USA - Remote)

As the Revenue Accounting Manager at Gurobi Optimization, you will play a key role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of revenue recognition across our global revenue streams in compliance with ASC 606. This role will involve working closely with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Licensing, Billing, and FP&A to monitor revenue streams, analyze contracts, and support month-end and quarter-end close processes. You will provide leadership in the ongoing development of NetSuite ARM and ZoneBilling and help scale our revenue operations through process optimization and automation, including the use of AI-enabled tools. Additionally, this position will lead the Revenue Accounting and Accounts Receivable teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the revenue and accounts receivable cycles. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, a systems-minded and continuous improvement approach, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing team.
