What Our Brand Specialists Do- - Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised skincare consultations. - Inspire customers with expert product knowledge and brand storytelling. - Achieve sales and performance goals while championing the customer journey. - Build strong relationships with retail partners, management teams, and colleagues. - Educate and support store teams to strengthen product and brand knowledge. - Support product launches, in-store events, and brand activations. - Maintain high standards of visual presentation and brand representation. - Share customer insights and market feedback to support business growth. Who We're Looking For- We're interested in speaking with individuals who are: - Passionate about skincare, beauty, and luxury retail. - Naturally customer-focused and relationship-driven. - Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills. - Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment. - Flexible to travel across multiple retail locations when required. - Excited by the opportunity to represent a globally loved prestige skincare brand. What You'll Bring- - Experience within beauty, skincare, fragrance, or luxury retail. - A track record of delivering exceptional customer service. - Strong selling skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Experience within Sephora, Space NK, Department stores, or premium retail environments is advantageous but not essential. - A genuine passion for connecting with customers and creating memorable experiences.
