We value great work with talented, innovative & driven people, making meaningful connections with like-minded creatives along the way!   ABOUT THE ROLE inBeat (part of Fieldtrip) is looking for a Talent Partner to own our most complex hiring loops: Creative, Influencer Marketing, UGC and Project Management roles, replacements, and informally owning Talent Ops across our recruitment stack.   WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own 4–7 open roles at once, start to finish (mostly individual contributor hires, occasionally stepping up to team lead). - Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to nail down what "great" looks like. - Run the full hiring journey: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers. - Keep Ashby clean and your pipeline metrics sharp on every role you own. - Partner with hiring managers on what a strong scorecard looks like, and lead debriefs that actually move things forward.. - Run offer conversations solo for individual contributor hires. WHO YOU ARE - 2+ years in recruiting, ideally at a marketing/advertising agency, in services, or at a remote-first tech company. - You've hired individual contributors and first-time managers, and you know the difference. - You can tell a senior hiring manager something they don't want to hear (and they thank you for it after). - You have strong opinions about what "great" looks like, and you can defend them.   SUCCESS METRICS (90 DAYS): - Time-to-fill on assigned roles at or below team baseline. - Offer acceptance rate above 80%. - Hiring manager NPS positive on every loop closed. - Zero level/compensation miscalibration on closed offers.   WHAT WE OFFER - A fast-growing agency with tier-one clients - A culture built on autonomy, transparency, and high performance - Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days - Flexible working hours - Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere) - High opportunity for growth!
