A Retail group based in Drogheda are delighted to be hiring an expereinced Store Supervisor to join their team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store departments, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining food safety standards. The Role: - Manage and lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure the departments are well-stocked with fresh and high-quality products - Create and maintain attractive deli displays to showcase our products - Monitor and control inventory levels to minimise waste and ensure profitability - Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards - Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment If you have a passion for retail and customer service, along with proven supervisory experience in a retail or deli service setting, we would love to hear from you.
