Agile Coach (m/f/d)

As an Agile Coach, you will help our product development teams improve the way they collaborate, learn, and deliver value. Working closely with experienced Agile Coach, Team Leads, Product Managers, and Engineers, you will foster continuous improvement, and support teams in building high-quality products around our extensive data sets. Our teams are as diverse as our data sources. CARFAX is proud to be a truly international company with employees from more than 20 nationalities. We are currently just over 100 employees, with around half working in Product & Engineering, and we continue to grow. Our headquarters are in Munich, and English is our working language. You should feel comfortable communicating and facilitating discussions in English. - Support two to three product development teams in continuously improving how they collaborate and deliver in an Agile, post-Scrum approach - Facilitate retrospectives, planning sessions, workshops, and other team events. - Coach teams in agile principles and practices such as ShapeUp, Kanban, and Lean, adapting your approach to each team's context. - Encourage collaboration between Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders, and help teams remove impediments - First-hand experience facilitating agile teams, with strong communication and listening skills - Good understanding of Agile principles and at least one delivery framework such as Scrum or Kanban (certification like PSM I or CSM is welcome, but not required) - Fluent in English; German, Polish or another language is a plus - Curious and eager to learn, with the flexibility to adapt your coaching style to different personalities and team situations - Experience with software development teams and knowledge of Product Discovery or Shape Up are a plus - Join Team CARFAX and help bring our vision to life: creating a fair used car market for everyone! - Enjoy a truly positive and collaborative work environment within an international team representing more than 27 nationalities.
