Vice President, Intelligence & Impact

The Vice President, Intelligence & Impact will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategy and maximizing measurable impact within a globally focused, mission-driven environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leadership position brings together strategic planning, intelligence, impact evaluation, and technology-driven transformation. You will turn complex research, data, and emerging trends into actionable insights that guide critical decisions and resource allocation. You will also lead initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness through AI, automation, connected data, and innovative technologies. Working closely with senior leaders across functions and geographies, you will build a multidisciplinary team and establish systems that support continuous improvement.
