Storytelling and narrative lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Storytelling and Narrative Lead based in Germany. We are seeking an experienced storytelling and narrative leader to shape content strategy and strengthen brand positioning within a global technology environment. In this role, you will lead a content marketing team and ensure that every piece of content supports business objectives while maintaining a consistent, authoritative voice. You will oversee the full content lifecycle, from strategic planning and editorial calendars to production, optimization, and performance measurement. Working closely with marketing, product, brand, and engineering teams, you will develop narratives that communicate complex technology topics clearly and effectively. You will also coach content specialists, improve production processes, and leverage SEO, generative engine optimization, analytics, and automation to increase reach and impact. This is a fully remote opportunity within the EMEA region, with regular international team gatherings.
