Staff Product Designer, AI Products

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer, AI Products based in the United States. The Staff Product Designer will shape the design language and AI-powered product experiences across a growing healthcare intelligence platform. This high-impact role combines exceptional design craft with hands-on prototyping, systems thinking, and deep familiarity with AI-driven workflows. You will establish the principles, patterns, and tools that help product managers, engineers, and other teams create consistent, high-quality experiences. You will also tackle complex design challenges yourself, particularly around AI interfaces that communicate their reasoning, sources, and uncertainty while allowing users to verify and correct outputs. Working across shared platform capabilities and multiple product teams, you will make great design easier to achieve at scale.
