Senior Product Owner (HRIS)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Owner (HRIS) based in Ireland. Take ownership of the development and implementation of an HR information system designed to support complex internal business processes. In this senior role, you will translate business needs into clear product requirements and guide solutions from initial discovery through launch and ongoing evaluation. You will shape the product roadmap, align priorities across stakeholder groups, and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout delivery. Your work will help improve internal workflows, platform usability, and operational efficiency. You will also contribute to the assessment and replacement of existing tools, including planning integrations and migration activities.
