Senior Legal Counsel (Mat leave cover)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic and commercially focused legal support within a fast-growing healthcare technology and AI environment. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio covering commercial contracts, technology, data, and employment matters. You will advise on complex international SaaS agreements, negotiate strategic partnerships, and support commercial operations across multiple global markets. The role also offers exposure to corporate governance, potential M&A transactions, and the development of legal frameworks that support business growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and global commercial teams in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
