Senior Compliance Associate, Issues Management

Our partner is looking for a Senior Compliance Associate, Issues Management based in the United States. The Senior Compliance Associate will play an important role in strengthening compliance oversight and ensuring effective management of regulatory and risk-related issues. Working within the second line of defense, this role supports the full issue management lifecycle, from initial identification and documentation through remediation validation and closure. You will assess corrective action plans, monitor progress, and help ensure that remediation efforts are timely, thorough, and sustainable. By analyzing issue trends and root causes, you will provide insights that support risk-based decision-making and continuous improvement. The position involves close collaboration with teams across Compliance, Risk, Engineering, Operations, and Legal. This is a remote opportunity within a digital-first environment, with periodic in-person team gatherings.
