Global Head of Professional Services

As Global Head of Professional Services, you will define the strategy, performance, and future direction of a global services organization supporting a growing enterprise software platform. You will lead teams across implementation, integrations consulting, technical advisory, and hands-on build services, ensuring customers achieve value from complex deployments. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision with operational and commercial ownership, positioning Professional Services as a key driver of customer success and business growth. You will differentiate implementation experiences across customer segments, expand service offerings, and build scalable delivery models that balance efficiency with exceptional customer outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations, you will influence enterprise deals and turn customer insights into improvements across the business.
