Global Compensation Analyst

You will oversee key compensation activities, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, variable pay, allowances, and job architecture. Working closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and cross-functional teams, you will provide guidance on compensation decisions and promote consistency in global practices. You will also contribute to total rewards strategy, compensation reporting, and HR system improvements.
