Field Implementation Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Implementation Engineer based in the United States. The Field Implementation Engineer will play a key role in modernizing aviation facilities and air traffic control systems across the country. This end-to-end engineering position involves leading on-site assessments, system integration planning, installation, testing, and commissioning at operational facilities, airports, field sites, and laboratory environments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for site implementation activities, coordinating internal engineering teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. From initial design reviews and site surveys through operational readiness and final acceptance, you will ensure that complex systems are deployed safely and effectively. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on implementation oversight, and project coordination in highly regulated, mission-critical environments.
