Campaign Organizing Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Organizing Director based in the United States. The Campaign Organizing Director will lead the development and execution of organizing strategies that advance major national campaigns and achieve meaningful grassroots impact. This senior leadership role focuses on building strong supporter networks, developing community partnerships, and mobilizing volunteers and staff to deliver campaign objectives at local, regional, and national levels. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction while coaching and developing a team of organizers and managers. Working across departments, they will strengthen organizing practices, improve campaign effectiveness, and help build a consistent approach to grassroots engagement. The role also contributes to organizational leadership, fundraising, budgeting, and public representation. This is a remote, full-time leadership opportunity for an experienced campaign organizer who is passionate about social and environmental justice and can travel as required.
