3. Quality Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION ·        The Quality Coordinator serves as the focal point for coordinating and administering quality activities across maintenance, turnaround (TAR), capital project, and procurement organizations at the BP Whiting Refinery. This role supports the execution of the refinery's Quality Management System by ensuring quality requirements, inspection activities, documentation, and stakeholder communications are effectively managed and tracked from material receipt through project completion.   ·        Through coordination of field verification activities, quality reporting, the Quality Coordinator provides visibility into quality performance and helps ensure compliance with refinery procedures, engineering specifications, and applicable industry standards.   ·        Acting as a liaison between Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, and contractors, the Quality Coordinator helps drive Right the First-Time execution while supporting refinery safety, mechanical integrity, reliability, and operational excellence.   JOB OVERVIEW Location: Whiting, IN, USA Seniority Level: Middle Salary Range: 2,500 - 3,000 USD (gross, monthly)
