Spa Receptionist - Russian Speaker

The well-appointed contemporary design of the villas offer guests a refined yet laid-back Maldivian experience. - Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized, professional spa experience. - Manage treatment bookings, amendments, cancellations, guest enquiries, and special requests accurately. - Provide clear information about spa treatments, wellness programs, products, packages, promotions, facilities, and operating hours. - Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and support effective service recovery. - Maintain high standards of spa reception presentation, cleanliness, ambience, and organization. - Handle cashiering, billing, payments, guest records, reports, and operational documentation accurately. - Support retail sales and spa revenue through appropriate treatment and product recommendations and upselling. - Coordinate VIP requirements and work closely with Spa, Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, and other resort departments. - Maintain reception supplies and retail displays and support smooth day-to-day spa operations. - Follow resort health, hygiene, safety, and operational standards while contributing positively to teamwork and departmental training. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or wellness environment. - Previous spa or wellness reception experience preferred. - Strong communication, interpersonal, guest service, and organizational skills. - Professional grooming and presentation. - Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure. - Basic knowledge of spa booking systems and Microsoft Office applications. - Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset. - Flexible, adaptable, and able to coordinate effectively with operational teams. - Fluent in English and Russian is mandatory. - Competitive tax-free remuneration package - Monthly service charge distribution - Comprehensive medical insurance coverage - Annual vacation leave with a company-provided return flight ticket as per company policy - Accommodation, meals, uniforms, and exclusive employee benefits
