Security Manager

At Mercure Bangkok Siam Ratchathewi, elegant rooms, crafted dining experiences, and warm hospitality come together in the heart of the city. •Oversee all hotel security operations to ensure the safety of guests, Heartists, and hotel assets. •Supervise and lead the security team, including outsourced security personnel. •Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. •Organize and conduct security awareness, fire safety, and emergency response training. •Prepare security reports and recommend improvements to prevent potential risks. •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry. •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Good knowledge of security systems, fire safety, emergency procedures, and risk management. •Good command of English and Thai.
