Senior People Development Manager (all genders)

We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths. THE TEAM AND ROLE Avelios is growing fast, and so is our leadership team. To make sure our people and leaders grow with us, we are building People Development from scratch. As our first People Development hire, you report directly to our Head of People & Operations and shape how leadership and learning work at Avelios. You define what great leadership means for us, build programs around it and deliver them yourself, from leadership trainings to 1:1 coaching to company-wide learning formats. This role is for someone who loves both designing concepts and standing in front of a group. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - You build a shared understanding of leadership at Avelios and translate it into a clear leadership playbook - You design and deliver leadership programs and trainings based on the playbook for leaders at all experience levels, from first-time managers to experienced leads. - You will be the go-to sparring partner for leaders, giving guidance with individual leadership topics - You conceptualize and run trainings for all employees (e.g. how to give peer feedback), and establish formats that are scalable - You moderate team and leadership workshops - You define KPIs for development measures wherever possible and make their impact visible. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - University degree, e.g. in psychology, business administration, education or a comparable field. - Several years of experience in leadership and people development, ideally in companies known for strong leadership development; experience in high-growth environments is a plus. - A proven track record of both designing leadership programs and trainings and delivering them yourself. - Experience coaching leaders and facilitating workshops; a coaching certification is a plus. - You know how to measure the impact of learning and development measures. - Confident presence in front of groups, including senior leaders, combined with empathy, discretion and a hands-on mentality. - You thrive in a fast-changing environment and enjoy building something from scratch. - Business-fluent German and English (C1+), able to deliver trainings and coaching in both languages.
