The Security Supervisor will lead daily site security operations, acting as the key contact for service delivery and team performance. The Security Supervisor will support and develop security personnel, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. As a Security Supervisor, you will build strong client relationships and provide consistent operational oversight across a 24/7 environment. Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: - Lead and support the security team, ensuring compliance and high performance. - Manage staffing, training, attendance, and site documentation. - Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. - Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance management. - Maintain site standards and ensure all customer requirements are met. - Promote best practices, safety, and continuous improvement.Key Skills - Team leadership and people management. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Operational and commercial awareness. - Planning, problem-solving, and decision-making. - Building strong stakeholder relationships.Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
