Restaurant Reception Manager

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Reception Manager to join one of our nightlife venue, Adaline in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and guest-focused hospitality professional to lead the reception team and deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience within a fast-paced, luxury dining environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead, train and develop the reception team. - Ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and personalised welcome. - Oversee daily reservations, table allocations and guest flow. - Manage VIP guests, special requests and guest preferences with discretion. - Coordinate closely with the restaurant management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. - Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details. - Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently. - Ensure the reception area is consistently presented to the highest standard. - Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of reception team members. - Maintain excellent knowledge of the venue, menu, events and wider group portfolio.
