The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent to support the growth of an organization focused on energy-efficient and sustainable technologies. Primarily supporting recruitment across the United States, you will also have opportunities to contribute to hiring initiatives throughout the Americas and globally. Working closely with hiring managers, you will translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong talent pipelines in competitive markets. The role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic stakeholder partnership, market insights, and inclusive hiring practices. You will also collaborate with an international Talent Acquisition community, sharing expertise and contributing to global recruitment initiatives.
