Staff Product Manager, Hotel Onboarding & Connectivity

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Hotel Onboarding & Connectivity based in Ireland. Lead the product strategy for a global hotel onboarding and connectivity platform that is transforming how accommodation inventory reaches travel businesses and new distribution channels. You will own the end-to-end experience through which hotels join the platform, from large-scale partner integrations and hotel chain connections to self-service onboarding for independent properties. Your central goal will be to accelerate the addition of bookable rooms while maintaining quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will define the product vision and roadmap, prioritize connectivity partnerships, and lead a dedicated squad of engineers and a designer. Working closely with Operations, Growth, and Marketing, you will remove onboarding bottlenecks and build scalable solutions for a rapidly evolving travel ecosystem. This is a highly hands-on role in a fast-moving, AI-focused environment that values autonomy, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
