Senior Portfolio Accountant, Reporting & Compliance

Our partner is looking for a Senior Portfolio Accountant, Reporting & Compliance based in the United States. The Senior Portfolio Accountant, Reporting & Compliance will play a key role in overseeing the financial performance, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance of a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. This position combines portfolio accounting, financial reporting, project financing, and ongoing compliance responsibilities. You will manage accounting activities related to newly closed projects, debt and tax equity funding transactions, and the long-term financial obligations of financing structures. Working closely with leadership, investors, lenders, auditors, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver accurate reporting and actionable financial insights. The role also involves monitoring financial covenants, managing capital accounts and distributions, and ensuring financing vehicles meet their contractual obligations. This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting or project finance professional to take ownership of complex processes and contribute to the growth of a mission-driven renewable energy business.
