Project Manager 1 - Substation (STATCOM)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager 1 - Substation (STATCOM) based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead utility-scale STATCOM and E-STATCOM projects from initial planning through commissioning and closeout. This role oversees complex power-system projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual commitments, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and utility requirements. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, equipment suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The position combines strategic project planning, commercial oversight, resource management, and hands-on execution coordination. You will play a central role in managing critical interfaces and resolving delivery challenges while maintaining strong client relationships.
