Manager, Product Delivery

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Product Delivery based in the United States. The Manager, Product Delivery will lead the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality software solutions within a regulated healthcare environment. This role combines people leadership, agile delivery management, and operational oversight to drive predictable results across multiple product teams. You will manage and develop a team of Product Owners while establishing standards for backlog management, sprint readiness, and delivery processes. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Security, and Compliance teams, you will ensure that product requirements meet business priorities and regulatory expectations. A key focus will be embedding privacy, security, and documentation requirements into everyday delivery practices. You will also improve delivery performance, communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders, and strengthen collaboration across the organization.
