Manager, Process Department

As Manager, Process Department, you will lead a team of engineering professionals responsible for delivering innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions. You will oversee technical project execution while supporting team development, operational performance, and long-term business growth. Working across municipal and industrial infrastructure projects, you will help ensure that treatment facilities and systems meet high standards of quality, safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in project delivery, financial management, and client relationship development. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership to strengthen the water and wastewater practice across Atlantic Canada and beyond.
