The Manager II, Platform Engineering (Compute) will lead the teams responsible for building and operating the compute infrastructure that supports engineering across the organization. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient platform services. You will shape the architecture and evolution of the compute platform while ensuring strong operational practices and a positive developer experience. Working closely with engineering, security, and finance stakeholders, you will translate business needs into effective platform capabilities. You will also develop engineering talent, encourage accountability, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within a distributed, remote-first environment.
