The Lead, Business Operations will serve as a key operational partner to leadership, helping scale a global financial infrastructure business supporting trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services. This role combines business operations, partner launch management, process improvement, and strategic project leadership. You will work across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to strengthen operational execution and improve business performance. A central focus will be building repeatable partner launch processes, establishing effective operating rhythms, and automating manual workflows using AI and integrations.
