Interconnection Growth Leader

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Interconnection Growth Leader based in the United States. The Interconnection Growth Leader will drive the strategy, commercial performance, and expansion of a connectivity business within the data center and technology infrastructure ecosystem. This senior leadership role focuses on accelerating customer adoption, growing recurring revenue, and developing strategic partnerships. You will shape and execute growth initiatives while building strong relationships with carriers, cloud providers, network operators, and service providers. Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Service Delivery, you will ensure that commercial priorities translate into measurable business outcomes. The role combines technical understanding of interconnection services with strategic business development and commercial leadership. It offers an opportunity to influence the connectivity roadmap, expand an established ecosystem, and drive sustainable business growth.
