The Director, GTM & G&A Recruiting will lead global hiring across Revenue, Marketing, and General & Administrative functions, helping build a high-performing and talent-dense organization. This strategic leadership role combines recruiting team management, workforce planning, and close partnership with senior business leaders. You will shape recruiting strategy, establish hiring processes, and drive consistent execution against ambitious quarterly goals. Working with executives and People Business Partners, you will ensure hiring priorities align with organizational growth and business needs. The role offers the opportunity to innovate recruiting practices, improve candidate experiences, and use data and AI to enhance hiring outcomes. You will also remain hands-on with select critical searches, particularly senior GTM leadership roles.
