Digital Marketing Specialist (English & Russian)

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing activities across webinars, email campaigns, chatbot automation, and promotional channels. In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of marketing funnels from content creation and copywriting to technical setup, execution, and performance tracking. You will help deliver engaging webinar experiences, build automated customer journeys, and create persuasive promotional content that drives conversions. Working across tools such as ManyChat and HubSpot, you will ensure that campaigns and workflows operate smoothly and efficiently. You will also coordinate external promotional placements, manage website updates, and monitor campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Russian.
