Customer Solution Architect

In this role, you will help enterprise consumer goods organizations maximize the value of innovative software solutions across their commercial operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution design decisions, implementation challenges, and opportunities to improve business performance. Working closely with implementation partners and internal teams, you will translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will contribute to optimizing processes related to trade promotion management, pricing, revenue growth management, and sales planning. You will also serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product development and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.
