The Application & AI Delivery Manager will serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping the organization turn operational needs into effective technology solutions. This role combines business relationship management, solution discovery, delivery coordination, and hands-on AI expertise. You will guide initiatives from initial assessment and governance through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, and deliver value through applications, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will also oversee the enterprise technology intake process, ensuring that proposed solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
