The Advanced Analytics, AI & Automation Lead will drive the development of intelligent analytical solutions and automation capabilities that enhance clinical development and biometrics operations. This role combines advanced analytics, scientific computing, artificial intelligence, and product delivery to transform complex scientific and operational challenges into scalable technology solutions. Working across Biometrics, Clinical Development, IT, and business functions, you will translate stakeholder needs into practical tools that improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making. You will identify opportunities for AI adoption, lead experimentation with emerging technologies, and oversee the delivery of production-ready analytical products.
