About the Role: Trial Library is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to own the Company’s contracting function. You will be the primary legal point of contact for contracting and legal operations for the company. You will own the contract lifecycle from intake through drafting, negotiation, execution, and post-signature obligations, and administer our CLM platform. The right candidate is a passionate self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced healthtech environment and intelligently balances legal, regulatory, and compliance risk against business value. You genuinely love establishing administrative legal processes and advancing contracts, with an ability to move quickly  without sacrificing precision.
