Your opportunity at Arc’teryx:
As the Product Development Lead, you lead a specialized team of Product Developers through the development of our most technical products. Your efforts focus on managing a product from concept through to production readiness. Your innovative and solutions-focused approach to development ensures that each product you and your team work on meets Arc’teryx design intent and supply chain requirements. You demonstrate integrity in your work, lead by example, and provide overall support and coaching to the Product Developers.

The work we do behind the scenes supports Designers and Product Developers to accomplish go-to-market deliverables. You will be part of a focused team of Product Developers, Designers, Pattern Makers, and a Cut & Sew team that works on creating innovative product. Our team builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners to realize ideas into commercialized successes.
