CRM Executive

About the Role This CRM Executive role sits at the center of how Gojek SG communicates with riders and drivers, owning end-to-end execution of push, email, and in-app campaigns across both audiences. This role was restructured to combine the roles of both rider and driver comms to become the primary owner of CRM execution for both sides, working closely with the Mercury platform team on tooling and with Marketing on campaign strategy. In the first six months, success looks like fully owning the Mercury platform comms set up, building reporting rigour that surfaces what’s working, and becoming the go-to person for CRM execution across the team.
