We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale a high-performing recruiting function within a growing technology environment. In this hands-on leadership role, you will shape hiring strategy, oversee complex and executive-level searches, and build the processes needed to attract exceptional talent. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities and workforce plans into effective recruitment initiatives. Alongside developing and coaching the recruiting team, you will improve hiring operations through data, technology, and AI-powered solutions. You will also partner with hiring managers to strengthen candidate assessment and create a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience.
