Financial Controller | Payments & Fintech

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Controller | Payments & Fintech based in Canada. We are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to build and lead the financial operations of a growing payments business. In this fully remote, full-time role, you will take ownership of core finance activities, from high-volume payment reconciliations to financial reporting and cash management. You will work closely with leadership to establish reliable financial controls and scalable processes that support continued growth. Your work will span multiple payment processors, merchant accounts, banking relationships, and business entities. You will also develop clear profitability insights and improve the efficiency of finance operations through automation.
