Field Service Manager

Otovo is looking for a Field Service Manager based in Texas to lead our field operations across the Midwest territory. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee a team of 20-50 field technicians and own day-to-day operations, field safety, and performance reporting. Responsibilities: - Oversee and support a team of 20-50 field service technicians - Manage day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and job coordination across the Midwest territory - Champion field safety: enforce safety standards, conduct site checks, and address incidents - Review and approve technician timecards - Prepare and manage operational reports and track KPIs - Report on team performance and results to the Regional Manager Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
