Our Kaiser Permanente program has a 96% caseload fill rate, so referrals are consistent. About the role Daybreak Health is a telehealth mental health company on a mission to remove barriers to care. This role is for our Kaiser Permanente program. You’ll provide individual therapy by video to youth and young adults (ages 11–24) and adults (ages 18–60) with mild-to-moderate mental health needs. We handle matching and booking, so your time goes to your clients. Where you’ll work Fully remote. This role is open to clinicians licensed in California who can work from anywhere in the U.S., including Fresno, Clovis, Madera, and Visalia. Pay and support (1099 independent contractor) - 💵 $75–$90 per session, based on weekly caseload volume - 📋 Paid intake assessments - 🕒 Paid no-shows and late cancellations - 🌐 $5 bilingual differential for eligible clinicians - 🎓 $340 paid onboarding stipend - 📚 Free CE credits year-round and paid clinical consultation - 🛡️ Malpractice insurance included - 💳 Biweekly pay, with Daybreak handling all billing Schedule - Pick your hours, Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm Pacific Time (weekends optional). Youth clients are most often seen Monday–Friday, 3–8 pm PT. - Begin with 5 sessions a week, and grow as far as you’d like - A dedicated intake assistant handles initial scheduling and consent forms What you bring - An active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP - Experience with youth and/or adults, in clinical or school settings - Comfort with telehealth, and a commitment to equitable, culturally responsive care Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren’t eligible.
