Associate Medical Director, Behavioral Health

The Associate Medical Director, Behavioral Health supports the practice management of the Psychiatrists within the Behavioral Health practice. Reporting to the Medical Director - Behavioral Health, this role will support the day-to-day clinical operations of clinicians, assist with overall practice hiring/interviewing, communications, and performance management. Candidates will also participate broadly in innovation within our care delivery models and lead projects that pertain to improving care delivery, member experience, and clinician experience within the Behavioral Health service line. We are seeking a highly motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with empathy, and who is passionate about promoting high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care. The clinician who will thrive in this role is inquisitive and independent, comfortable working with and interpreting data, and happy working across a large team of professional clinicians.
