Senior Demand Forecast Analyst - NAM

Department: Regional Supply Chain – NAM  Capability: DTC Planning & Allocations - NAM  Location:  North Vancouver, Hybrid Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Senior Demand Forecast Analyst – NAM, you will sit at the intersection of data science and commercial planning, building and improving the statistical forecasting models that underpin demand planning capability. You will enhance baseline forecast generation, evaluate and implement new forecasting techniques, and drive automation that reduces manual intervention and improves the quality of the demand signal. Working closely with demand planning partners, you will translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights that improve forecast adoption and sharpen in-season decisions. This is a role for someone who combines technical depth with business curiosity, communicates with confidence across both analytical and commercial audiences, and is energized by continuously raising the bar on forecasting maturity. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. The team positions inventory effectively by channel, supports replenishment and inventory flow decisions, and drives aligned decisions that support growth, profitability, and customer experience across Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Allocations.
