We’re looking for a Project Manager to join Source Meridian. About the Role Our client is looking for a Senior Project or Program Manager to lead its overall Ascend 2.0 upgrade. You'll manage the technical work, coordinate across the functional teams involved, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned from planning through delivery. What You’ll Do - Lead the overall Ascend 2.0 upgrade from planning through delivery - Plan and manage technical tasks, timelines and dependencies - Coordinate work across functional teams - Own internal and external communication on progress, risks and decisions - Negotiate scope, priorities and timelines with stakeholders - Manage stakeholders across ClaritasRx and its customers - Drive process improvement as the upgrade moves forward Required Qualifications - 5+ years as a Project Manager in the IT sector - Senior-level experience leading technical projects or programs - Strong experience managing technical tasks and coordinating across functional teams - Excellent internal and external communication - Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills - Strategic planning experience - Track record of process improvement - Meaningful overlap with US Eastern business hours - Advanced English (C1): Able to lead meetings and negotiations with US-based stakeholders Nice to Have - Pharma or life sciences commercial data experience (specialty pharmacy, hub, payer) - Experience leading platform upgrades or data migrations Soft Skills - Strong and empathetic leadership - Proven client-facing experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong expectation management - Strategic mindset with a solution-oriented approach and strong decision-making What We Offer ✔ Permanent contract✔ Learning and continuous growth environment 🚀✔ Benefits package focused on health and well-being 🎉✔ Competitive salary based on experience 💰 📍 Apply only if you reside in Ecuador or Colombia 📍 At Source Meridian, you’ll be part of a high-impact tech-health company, building products that truly make a difference.
